In the Gonstead system, we primarily take the front and side view of the patient’s entire spine to find their vertebral subluxations (misalignment of the vertebrae in respect to the ones above and below). Efrain (Top Chef) came into our clinic with symptoms of chronic numbness, neck pain, and low back pain. Dr. Kametz adjusted his vertebrae subluxations (lower cervical and L5) and about a month, all his symptoms diminished. Also, when we took post X-Rays of his spine, it showed the structure of his spine to be near perfect (restored scoliosis and alignment with head and pelvis).
