It takes such little force to remove the interference to life that flows over the nervous system. Such a minimal thrust yet the magnitude of clearing the nervous system from obstruction is one the greatest things for the potential of humanity. Here is the case of a woman in her mid-40s with an L5 subluxation. This is her assessment of what has changed since being under chiropractic care. The low back and sciatica is clearing up along with the constipation since the lumbar nerves innervate the rectum and colon. Don’t wait for years before getting help and call us today to schedule a consultation with your San Diego Gonstead Chiropractor in Carlsbad.
The slack is taken out at the vertebrae, not the spine itself. You must lock the leg and pelvis before the thrust. You may note that I’m controlling the entire spine by locking the knee. When you stabilize, you must lock the pelvis, while ensuring you can still get behind the vertebrae. The more slack you can remove from the vertebrae, the less force you can use which saves your body from years of abuse.
The thrust is gentle, P to A. All that matters is the posteriority. Everything I ever learned about adjusting is from my mentor Dr. Gohl. You can find his products at www.gohlchiropractic.com. The site is run by his daughter who put together all his material in a teachable fashion. His work represents the definitive work on chiropractic and it’s essential for everyone to know, especially those interested in the Gonstead system.
