After a terrible accident, patient ended up with bilateral hip replacement and a thoracolumbar spinal fusion. Fortunately, the subluxated vertebra was not fused. In Tiger Woods case, his L5 was fused and was most likely the subluxation. If the subluxation is permanently fused in the wrong position, the patient may never get well. In this case, we were able to correct the subluxated video despite the spinal fusion. The patient got well.
